infiltration, makes your surface look clean, and in fact makes the
surface easier to maintain and keep clean.
CRACK FILLER
Pavement cracks allow water to flow under asphalt, deteriorates
the sub-base and when the freeze-thaw cycles occur throughout the
winter major stress cracks appear on the asphalt surface. If allowed
to continue, these cracks become potholes and alligated areas.
